“Can’t sit still and be sheltered in my little bubble while I see/hear about these people suffering so I’m preparing my first box of relief goods to feed 50 families here in my barangay in Laguna, the fight against hunger was here before the pandemic and going to be here after,” anang 27-anyos na Fil-Am.
“It’s our responsibility to take care of those less fortunate, no matter how small you think it is!” dagdag ni Tratter, 7th pick ng NLEX Road Warriors noong 2018.
“I felt bittersweet because my teammates and I have been working so hard for the past months to be real contenders in not only today’s postponed game agaist Columbian but also the rest of the league,” pahayag noon ni Abu. “But I feel that the PBA made a very smart move to postpone the games not only to stop the further spread of the virus but also since basketball affects so many lives in our country.” (VE)
