“On July 5, 2019, I received a copy of a Resolution dated June 17, 2019 issued by the Office of the City Prosecutor of Taguig City in I.S no. XV-16-INV-18L-01206 entitled Philippine Superliga Inc. as represented by Dr. Ian Paolo Laurel vs Ramon Suzara and Donaldo Jose Caringal, which involves complain for qualified theft,” sabi ni Suzara.
“Mr. Caringal and I are pleased to inform all those concerned that after the parties submitted their respective affidavits and supporting evidence, the Office of the City Prosecutor of Taguig has dismissed the complaint filed against us essentially on the ground of insufficiency of evidence.”
“Put differently, the Office of the Prosecutor did not find any evidence that Mr. Caringal and I as past President and Treasurer, respectively, of Philippine Super Liga, Inc. committed the offense alleged in the complaint,” sabi pa nito. (Lito Oredo)
