PERANG HINDI BITIN: Ang pangarap na walang utang
Marami ang nagpapa-pray at humihingi ng tulong at advice dahil baon sila sa utang.
It’s good to review again what we’ve shared on how you can get out of UTANG: (1) U2: UNDERSPENDing (live below your means; don’t overspend), (2)UNLOADing (ibenta ang mga gamit na hindi na kailangan at gamitin ang proceeds para mabawasan ang utang), and (3) T- TALK to your debtors and negotiate for better loan terms: lower interest rate, discount on the principal loan in exchange for paying the loan amount in full, writing off the interest and penalties off your loan, etc. And (4) A– Ask God (pray) for wisdom to reveal more income streams or opportunities (pagkakakitaan) and then do your part (trabaho!). Then, (5) N– Just say NO to getting into more debt. Tigilan na ang pag-uutang. Iwas tayo by avoiding the IPIS mentality:
Poor Planning (walang budget)
Ignorance of loan terms
Spending more than what you earn.
In order to get out of debt, you need to have a goal. Kaya, ang huling advice natin ay nagwawakas sa “G” or GOALS. Simple lang, pero napakahalaga. Have goals. And write them down. Importante na isulat natin ang ating goals to be debt-free. So ilabas ang cellphone and text yourself and your family or isulat sa isang notebook o papel.
Ano ang isusulat natin? Write down your goals to be… debt-free and financially stable.
*By January 2018 wala na akong utang.
By now, puede ka na mag-compute based on the amount that you are able to Underspend (save), Unload (sell off things and assets), and Ask (negotiate for lower interest or monthly amortization) plus extra income from sidelines, business, etc how long it will take to get out of debt.
So if meron kang utang na P100,000 and you are able to generate P20,000 a month from the above ways, you can make a goal that in 5 months, UTANG-FREE ka na!
It can be 5 months or 5 years, the important thing is that you have a goal to work for and keep you focuses. Importante din na i-share mo itong goal so iyong may-bahay at pamilya, para tulong-tulong at sama sama lahat! Tapos isulat din ang ibang mga goals or pangarap. Kunyari, after getting out of debt, ano naman ang puede natin maging goal pa?
Example: In ___ year/s meron na akong savings worth 9 months’ salary or P_________
FAMILY FINANCIAL GOAL:
In ___ year/s meron na akong Bahay, Business, Sasakyan and Educational fund
Can you visualize this happening? Kailangan na maniwala kayo na puedeng mangyari ang mga goals na ito. My prayer is that you will be able to believe that you can achieve these goals in faith. Kaya natin ito! Believe in this vision of a debt-free future, a vision of a financially stable future. Sabi kasi, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Proverbs 29:18
Review your goals every month tapos puede naman siya i-adjust kung mayroon mga changes sa trabajo (increase) or sa amount that you are able to save every month. The important thing is that you keep on working to achieve your goals. Pinaka-importante is that you pray to the Lord that His will be done. Ask that He blesses your plans. Sabi ng Bible, “Ask the Lord to bless your plans, and you will be successful in carrying them out.” – Proverbs 16:3
God bless your dreams, plans and goals!
