Gisang-at sa Senado ang usa ka balaodnon alang sa pagtangtang sa expiration period sa tanang mga denominasyon sa prepaid load sa tanang telecommunication services.

Sa Senate Bill No. 365, o Prepaid Load Forever Act of 2019 nga gisang-at ni Senador Sherwin Gatchalian, gusto niining did-an ang tanang Public Telecommunications Entities (PTEs) ug Information and Communications Technology (ICT) providers nga mopahamtang og expiration period sa prepaid load credit ug forfeiture niini.

“This bill makes it a prohibited act to impose an expiration period on the validity of all denominations of prepaid load credits – whether purchased via prepaid card or electronic load – and the eventual forfeiture of such credits on an active prepaid account,” pagpasabot ni Gatchalian.

“Every peso spent by the consumer to purchase prepaid load credits must be usable until fully consumed,” dugang pa niini.
