‘No deal’ ni Trump kay Kim tinukuran ng Japan

Suportado ni Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe ang naging desisyon ni US President Donald Trump na huwag makipagkasundo sa North Korea.

Sa ikalawang summit nina Trump at North Korean leader Kim Jong un sa Hanoi nitong Huwebes, inalok ng huli ang pagpapasara ng nuclear facility sa Yongbyon, pero kailangang alisin ang mga ipinataw na sanction sa kanilang bansa.
“Basically, they wanted the sanctions lifted in their entirety and we couldn’t do that,” wika ni Trump.

“They were willing to de-nuke a large portion of the areas that we wanted, but we couldn’t give up all of the sanctions for that. So we continue to work and we’ll see, but we had to walk away from that particular suggestion,” dagdag pa ng US president.

Mula pa noong una ay duda na ang Japan kung papayag si Kim na isuko ang lahat ng nuclear wea­pon ng North Korea.
Sinabi pa ni Abe na nasa kamay ni Kim ang tagumpay ng summit kung papayag siyang alisin ang lahat ng nuclear weapon ng North Korea.
