Metro Manila lulubog sa reclamation project

0 510

“This, combined with the effects of global warming, the rising sea level, and the fact that the NCR is barely one meter above sea level near the coastline, makes the NCR a recipe for disaster. Reclamation will speed up the sinking of the land, either from the withdrawal of groundwater, or from the added weight of buildings, or both,” pahayag ng kongresista.
