“So as you can tell, I have a pretty busy schedule here. We train three times a day and in between I do school work. I try to catch up with my family via Facetime. I just try to keep myself also busy because although we are training and it’s also very fun to be with my teammates and coaches, there are some times where I get very sad because I do miss my family so my way of coping of course is meditation,” litanya ni Lopez sa vlog.
“I do some yogas sometimes. And also just do a lot of reflection and prayer. On top of that, I try to just stay connected with my family and friends and just check up on them the same way they check up on me.”
Sambit pa ng 2018 Asian Games bronze medalist, “It’s been good, but of course we have to keep going and keep staying strong and keep staying mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit.”
(JAToralba)
