“Kids went gaga over Wanna One tonight and imagine P13,000 tickets and kids get their parents to spend for songs the lyrics of which hindi naman naiintindihan ng Pinoy! The phenom is worldwide. It’s the look I think! All KPop concerts I’ve been to are filled with screaming kids na nilalagnat!
“It’s a shame but yeah, she goes to kpop concerts and features it to (sic) her show (Rated K) even if this is how she feels about kpop and its fans.”
“Korina Sanchez is a fucking hypocrite and greedy. Interviewing Momoland and greeting them with ‘Annyeong’ and all but deep down she hates K-pop? Attending Exo’s Concert and proclaiming that she likes them? F*ck off, Korina.”
“Hello Mrs. Korina Sanchez, but with all due to respect, labelling (sic) fans at Wanna One’s concert as “gaga”, “[who] get their parents to spend for songs [of] the lyrics of which isn’t understood [of Filipinos] and “it’s the look [of Korean acts]” are offensive and unjustified judgements (sic). Read between the lines.”
“[I]’m quite offended of what Korina Sanchez said about fans spending 13k for a song that [they] didnt even understand and [the] looks [of Korean acts]. [L]ike wtf? [W]ho would spend that much if they’re just there for the looks and that songs that we can’t even understand?”
“Nope. It’s the talent. The passion. Same reason why I attend concerts of US artists. And Ms. Annyeonghasseyo, we do understand the lyrics. Unlike you we know how to use Google and we know how to study the language.”
