SUMIPA ng tansong medalya si 2020+1 Tokyo Olympian taekwondo kyurugi fighter Kurt Bryan Barbosa sa ginaganap na 2022 Chuncheon Korea Open International Taekwondo Championships sa Hoban Gymnasium sa Chuncheon Sports Center sa South Korea.

Nakuntento ang 23-anyos na two-time Southeast Asian Games gold medalist sa ikatlong pwesto kasama si Riad Hamdi ng Saudi Arabia, matapos na mabigo laban kay Mahdi Haijimousaei ng Iran sa semifinals ng men’s under 54kgs division.

“Got bronze today for Korea Open,” pahayag ng Bangued, Abra native sa kanyang Facebook post. “Still blessed of everything, thank you Lord. Thank you to all who believed and supported, to Grandmaster Hong, thank you always sir. Huge thanks also to my coaches and my teammates who really pushes me. This will serve as more motivation to strive harder and bounce back stronger. Will always be trusting the process because giving up is not an option, for the Philippines and for the Filipinos.
