“It’s hard to establish that he knew of the operation from the very start,” saad ni Casurao.

“We presented the facts that we were able to discover and submitted it to the Secretary of the DILG (Department of the Interior and Local Government) and then from there they were able to come up with that finding that there is no basis to charge Albayalde administratively,” dagdag pa nito.

Rodney Baloyo IV; Capt. Joven de Guzman Jr.; M/Sergeants Jules Maniago; Donald Roque; Ronald Santos; Rommel Vital; Alcindor Tinio; Eligio Valeroso; S/Sergeants Dindo Dizon; Gilbert de Vera; Romeo Guerrero Jr.; Dante Dizon at Cpl. Anthony Lacsamana.

Mga kasong serious irregularity in the performance of duty, dishonesty at grave misconduct ang isinampa laban sa ‘ninja cops’, base sa report na isinagawa ng DILG-Napolcom na isinumite kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte noong Oktubre 25 ng taong kasalukuyan. (Edwin Balasa)
