“There is a lot of talk now going around on how much Jordan Clarkson was paid for the two games that we lost, something like $ 150,000 per game or $300,000 (P15,996,0000) for the 2 games. I don’t know if people are surprised or angry at this big talent fee. Jordan Clarkson’s net worth is $44 million and $300k is peanuts to him. It may have cost MVP a staggering amount, but this amount cannot be compared to the joy of millions of Filipinos all over the world (OFWs, construction workers, domestic helpers) and us here, who felt so much pride, in seeing a legit NBA player wear a Pilipinas jersey, and giving his all, fighting hard to try to get a win for the country. Thanks MVP.

“You’re correct Charlie! Kudos to MVP!,” sey ni FB user Jojo Quinga.
